jitabt Platform Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the jitabt platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use jitabt's services. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. jitabt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, your use of specific features of jitabt may be governed by supplementary rules, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplementary document, the supplementary document shall prevail in respect of the specific feature or promotion it governs.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to jitabt is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jitabt operates a mandatory age verification process at the point of registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jitabt is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jitabt is lawful in your jurisdiction. If at any point your access to online gaming becomes restricted or prohibited by applicable law in your location, you must cease using the platform immediately and notify jitabt support.

2.3 Account Registration

To access jitabt's full suite of services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or mobile number, and a preferred payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using false identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jitabt may require identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jitabt's compliance team within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities until documentation is received and approved.

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitabt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. jitabt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility unless you have notified jitabt of a breach without delay.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact jitabt support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jitabt will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to jitabt at registration and throughout the life of your account is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or false payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Personal Account Use

Your jitabt account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account or play on your behalf. You must not use another player's account with or without their permission. Any breach of this rule will be treated as a material violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitabt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is active and in good standing.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your jitabt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. jitabt reserves the right to return any deposit and close any account where a third-party funding source is identified. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the table above and are subject to change at jitabt's discretion with notice to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawals require a fully verified account. jitabt applies zero platform-side fees on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitabt accepts no responsibility.

jitabt reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, security checks, or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with clear instructions for resolution.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jitabt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of international payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jitabt offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and Victory Day celebrations. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly published at the time the offer is presented.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded on jitabt are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. Specific wagering multipliers are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

The following general rules apply to all jitabt bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account balance.
• Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless you explicitly elect to play with bonus funds.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to satisfy any other bonus wagering requirement simultaneously.
• jitabt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus credited in error.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jitabt operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any coordinated abuse involving multiple players. Where bonus abuse is identified, jitabt may void the relevant bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the accounts involved.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on jitabt — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical card shuffles and real dealer actions streamed in real time. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and unpredictable.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes in any individual session. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error affecting a game session, jitabt will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game, jitabt reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Void bets due to technical malfunction do not constitute grounds for compensation beyond the return of the original stake.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by jitabt's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. Key general principles include: bets accepted after an event has commenced are subject to in-play rules; jitabt reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of an event is in doubt; and minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, as displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.4 Responsible Game Play

jitabt strongly encourages all players to approach gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income. Gambling involves inherent risk and the house edge means that, over time, most players will lose more than they win. Players are strongly encouraged to use jitabt's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options — available in the account settings. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitabt platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jitabt games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any other game type where collusion could influence outcomes.
• Using insider information or corrupted data to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise tamper with the jitabt platform, its software, or its payment infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or using jitabt for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using the platform in a manner that could damage jitabt's reputation, disturb other players, or threaten or harass jitabt staff.
• Allowing or facilitating access by a minor to your jitabt account.

8.1 Suspension by jitabt

jitabt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) the account holder is in breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder is under 18 years of age; (d) verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to jitabt, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jitabt will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds will be made available. If a breach is confirmed, jitabt may forfeit some or all funds as provided for in these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jitabt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met or forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period. Permanent self-exclusion is final and irrevocable. During any self-exclusion period, jitabt will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the affected player from accessing the platform, including declining any attempt to open a new account. Self-exclusion can be requested at any time via the account settings or by contacting support.
